Hope and a future
An injury can make the road ahead hard to see. We help injured workers and employers across Eastern Washington build a plan that leads somewhere good.
Find your starting point
-
Injured workers
You don't have to figure this out alone. We'll explain each step and help identify work that fits.
-
Employers
Bring your people back sooner, with safe, meaningful work and programs like Stay at Work.
-
Referral sources
L&I claim managers, self-insured employers, attorneys, and providers: prompt contact and on-time reports.
A plan forward
When an injury interrupts your work, the next step isn't always clear. We sit down with you, look honestly at where things stand, and build a plan forward: back to the same job, into modified duty, or toward something new. Along the way we work alongside L&I, your employer, and your medical team, so you're never figuring it out alone.
How it works
-
1. We reach out
We'll call to introduce ourselves and set a time to meet.
-
2. We get to know you
Your work history, your injury, and what matters most to you all shape the plan.
-
3. We look at options together
Your doctor decides what is medically safe. We help identify work that fits.
-
4. You know where things stand
We explain each step, and what L&I needs from you, in plain language.
How we help
-
Ability-to-work assessments
An honest look at whether you can return to work and what's standing in the way.
-
Return-to-work coordination
We bring you, your employer, and your medical team together to identify the way back.
-
Job analyses
We visit the job and document its physical demands so your doctor can decide what's safe.
-
Labor market surveys
We talk with real employers about what work is out there and what it pays.
-
Transferable skills analysis
You likely know how to do more than you think. We help you see where those skills can take you.
-
Retraining plans
When going back isn't possible, we build a plan toward new work and walk with you through it.
An injury is a hard chapter. It isn't the whole story.
Wherever you are in your recovery, we'll help you see the next step.
